The best regulator deals
This is to advise new divers that there are no bad regulators available for sale. You can go into any dive shop in the country and feel secure in purchasing any regulator you like, regardless of brand or price, secure that it will function safely at normal sport diving depths. It will continue to function adequately so long as you keep it clean and don't abuse it.
The regulators intended strictly for sport diving depths are usually less expensive than the high performance regulators that will function comfortably below 130 feet. Unless you will get some pleasure from showing off a particular brand name, do not be misled by high prices on certain brands, thinking that they must be better. The higher prices may merely indicate a higher advertising cost for that brand.

We're not going to put a lot of pictures on this page because regulators look pretty much the same. We will put the pictures on the info pages, so you will see a picture when you click over to see the details on each regulator.

We will start the listing with the best regulator you can buy. I know there are some that have a higher advertising budget so you will see them more often in magazines, but the IDI Seaira Titanium first and second stage set is the best there is.
Do you need such a good regulator? Only you know the answer to that. You won't really notice any difference between that model and their less expensive models while diving at shallow sport depths. But go down below 160fsw and this is the regulator you will want to have in your mouth. You can depend on it to give you the same high flow of air regardless of depth, tank pressure, stress or anything else you can throw at it.
